Local Government

We work closely with local authorities to give our students a voice in the future of our village and to understand the importance of local democracy.

• Student 'Parish' Council: Our internal student body that mirrors local government structures, teaching leadership and advocacy.

• Parish Council Liaison: Regular engagement with the Parish Council to discuss youth perspectives on village life.

• Toddington parish Council: Participating in consultations and projects that shape the physical development of Toddington.

 

Commemoration & Traditions

Respect for history and celebration of the seasons are core to our school's identity.

• Remembrance Day (Town & School): Each November, our students and staff stand alongside the community at the village war memorial, as well as holding our own dedicated service within the school grounds.

• Xmas Lights Up' Toddington: A festive highlight where our students help bring the village to life for the holiday season.

• The Round Table: Supporting and participating in community events hosted by the local Round Table throughout the year.

 

Faith & Connection

We value our deep-rooted relationships with local places of worship, providing spaces for reflection, music, and support.

• Toddington Anglican: Collaborative services and educational visits centered around our local Anglican heritage.

• Toddington Methodist: Strong ties with the Methodist community for joint events and assemblies.

• Toddington Singing Café: Our students often join this wonderful initiative, bringing generations together through the power of song.

Environment & Sustainability

We take pride in keeping Toddington beautiful and teaching our students the value of nature and hard work.

• Toddington Community Garden (TMC): Hands-on involvement in the Methodist Church community garden, learning about sustainable food and biodiversity.

• Toddington Flower Beds: Helping to maintain the village's floral displays, ensuring a vibrant environment for all residents to enjoy
