Bromcom/MyChildAtSchool (MCAS)
We would like to introduce you to Bromcom, our new Management Information System (MIS) in School. MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) is Bromcom's portal enabling parents to view their child's school profile and receive messages from school.
We are keen to maintain good and immediate communication between families and school and this facility allows exclusive access to the following:
- Access to real-time attendance data
- Communication facilities to improve contact between parents and schools
- Instant access to published reports and letters
- general useful information about school such as the academic calendar and announcements.

MCAS for Parents
To Login to My Child At School
To login to the MCAS Parent Portal you will be sent an invitation email on Thursday 5th February via the email address that the school has recorded for you on our system.
The email will come from:schooladmin@parkfieldsschool.co.uk
The activation codes will be sent via email to parent/carer contacts 1 and 2 only and those with parental responsibility. Please click on the link within the email and set and save your password.
Please note- the link will only stay live for 24 hours.
Once you have created your password, you can download the App and login using your saved details.
If you download either the Apple or the Android app, it is important that you enable your notifications at the point of installation to ensure that you receive notifications for emails and texts.
What do I do If I don’t receive the email and I am parent/guardian contact 1 or 2?
Open the following webpage www.mychildatschool.com

Click on the ‘reset password’ link at the bottom of the Parent Login screen.

Enter the registered email address (this is the email address you receive emails from the school). You will see the message ‘we have sent an email to the email address you provided’.

Parents will receive an email from MyChildAtSchool with a link to reset the password.

Click on the ‘reset password’ link.

Enter Password (please be aware of the need for special characters).

Confirm Password.

Please be aware that only registered contacts priority 1 and 2 that you have
provided us with will be able to access MCAS.

Once the password has been created, you can log in from www.mychildatschool.com.

Once you have completed this process, you will also be able to access the MyChildAtSchool mobile phone app through your mobile app store. If you are downloading the app, your phone may ask you if you would like to enable notifications, please accept notifications as the school will be using the app as a communication method with parents in the future.
